Shagun shared a detailed 10-point explanation on Instagram Stories about what happened during the episode. According to her account, contestants had already understood that the participant losing the task would be sent to the Pain Auction.
She further explained that during a discussion, the possibility of sending someone to Fear Funda was connected to their lack of screen footage. Shagun said she disagreed with that reasoning, particularly because she had personally experienced the Pain Auction and considered it extremely difficult.
Gaurav Khanna’s ‘Footage’ Remark Became The Point Of Disagreement
The actress’s post specifically addressed a conversation in which Gaurav Khanna was described as telling a younger contestant that taking Fear Funda could provide more footage. Shagun maintained that screen time should not be the reason for sending someone into such a difficult situation.
She also felt that only a portion of her reasoning appeared in the episode. Shagun wanted the complete context to be shown, saying that presenting only part of the discussion could create a different impression of what actually happened.

The actress eventually deleted the Story. Importantly, the post did not contain Gaurav Khanna’s response, so his side of this particular exchange has not been established through the deleted post.
