Laughter Chefs Turns Shoot Day into a Big Surprise
For someone who has made millions laugh for years, Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment turned the tables on comedy queen Bharti Singh by giving her the most special gift — her very first birthday celebration on national television! What started as an ordinary day on the set turned into an emotional and joy-filled event she will never forget.
The day began sweetly when Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi made a special dish just for her — Aam Papad Chaat with roasted Aam Panna. Before Bharti could finish enjoying it, the whole cast surprised her with a flash mob dance, making her the center of all the fun. As if that wasn’t enough, two little fans ran up to her, hugged her tightly, and called her their “favourite ever,” which left the usually witty Bharti speechless and teary-eyed.
But this was only the start. Her close friend and co-star Krushna Abhishek revealed a funny and heartwarming video from the Laughter Chefs team, full of birthday wishes and stories. Soon after, Bharti saw a touching montage of messages from some of her closest friends in the TV industry, including Kapil Sharma, Jasmin Bhasin, Chandan Prabhakar, and more. Each friend shared memories, stories, and their love and respect for her.
Old Friends, Family, and Laughter Fill the Moment
Just when Bharti thought the surprises were over, two very special people appeared in a video message — an old school friend and a college buddy she hadn’t seen in more than 10 years. Their sweet words and memories took Bharti back to her early days, long before she became a star.
Then came the biggest moment of the day. Bharti’s mother Kamla Singh led her entire family, including Bharti’s beloved son Golla and her team members, onto the set. It was the first time her whole family came together at her workplace. The atmosphere was full of love, pride, and nostalgia. Bharti stood in the middle, emotional and grateful, as everyone surrounded her.
To keep the mood light, Krushna cracked a joke about Bharti’s father-in-law, saying, “Bharti, tumhare sasur ko dekh ke laga Ranjeet from Houseful 5 aa gaye!” Everyone burst into laughter, showing that laughter and love always go hand in hand.
Finally, her mentor Sudesh Lehri had one last surprise — a closing video from all the contestants. In the video, they shared heartfelt messages about Bharti’s kindness, her support for others, and her ability to keep everyone smiling even in tough times.

Overwhelmed with love and emotion, Bharti shared, “I’ve celebrated birthdays before, but never like this. Being surrounded by my family, my friends from the industry, my Laughter Chefs family, and my Golla — all on one set — felt magical. Seeing friends I hadn’t spoken to in over 10–15 years, and hearing everyone share beautiful memories about me, touched my heart. I was crying and laughing at the same time. It made me feel truly loved and valued.”
